I believe strongly in working together with parents and caregivers. My goal is to empower you with tools and understanding to best support your child’s growth.


For adults
Starting therapy isn’t always easy, but awareness is the first step. From there, I walk alongside you, offering support as you explore challenges and recognise patterns in a safe, collaborative space. Together, we work toward clarity, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.

Set three goals for therapy
They don’t need to be perfect, just a starting point to give us focus.

First session
We’ll explore your concerns, get to know each other, and begin shaping what you hope to achieve.

Second session
We'll look more deeply at your experiences, notice patterns and setting priorities together.
You don’t need to cover everything in one session, therapy unfolds at a pace that feels right for you. We’ll meet weekly at first to build trust and momentum, then gradually move to biweekly and eventually maintenance sessions to support your ongoing growth and wellbeing.
